Hello! This is my first post, but I have been using Garuda since 2023 and I want to say that the team is doing a phenomenal job with this distro! Thank you all for your work and dedication.
Regarding the new garuda-rani
application, I wanted to report an issue I’m seeing with the 3.1.4-3 version which is currently installed. Whenever I take an action that invokes the terminal, the terminal output does not extend to the full size of the window that opens.
This does not appear to be related to the Garuda Rani window size topic, so I figured I would report it since when I first installed Rani the terminal did extend to the full window size.
I took a screenshot to show what I’m referring to, but I think my account is too new to allow me to add it to this topic. Please let me know how best to share this in case it’s not clear what I’m referring to.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the feedback
It very much sounds like a regression, I’ll be looking into this.

I’m having the same issue for a while now, just scrolls in a small area at the top of the window, winds me up trying to fathom what could cause it and what might fix it.
Just like to mention while I’m posting, the pending update bell on the welcome screen doesn’t display until I flick to maintenance and back, not sure if it’s related.
I’d assume this is yet another primeng component change. I think I’ve just fixed that.
As for the other one, I need someone to try whether a thing I’ve done maybe helped. I can’t verify currently.

Fully updated as of the time of this post, terminal window still broken if the fix you made is live.
Are you using the git version? I’ve not pushed to stable yet.
3.1.4.r5.gc545263-1
Im current with garuda-update only, I haven’t gone looking for bleeding edge fixes directly, which is why I figured it may not be on live when nothing changed.
