Unable to Boot Latest Garuda Linux ISO (250308 Broadwing) from USB (Black Screen) Garuda Installer Images

Today, I downloaded the latest Garuda Linux ISO and wrote it to a USB drive using both Etcher and Rufus. However, when I try to boot from the USB, the screen goes black after selecting the USB device, and the system fails to boot. I have tested both the Hyprland and Mokka editions, and they all have the same issue.
