Tbg my friend, I can’t run a linux command (inxi) on a window OS. I did provide up above a substitute spec sheet of my machine. You may have missed it. Here they are again in extenso :

The inxi -Faz output gives much more information that is pertinent to a Linux install. The outputs that all forum helpers are familiar with using for diagnostic purposes is an inxi output. That is what our forum expects to be provided if a user desires assistance. If you cannot boot a Garuda ISO, an Ubuntu boot disk can be used to provide a proper inxi -Faz output. Even in cases where Garuda will not boot it is often possible to boot to run level 3 and post an inxi output from the TTY (terminal).
I’m not trying to be argumentative, I am simply stating our forums policy. Also just for the future, please don’t mix issues from 2 completely different systems on the same thread as it only leads to confusion. On our forum it is preferred if each issue you are trying to resolve gets its own dedicated help request.
"Burn" isn't the appropriate term since it pertains to CD/DVD burning. I copied the Kali iso besides the Garuda iso on my SanDisk Extreme key made by Easy2Boot.
PS : I used the kali-linux-2021.4-live-amd64.iso even though I don't have an amd cpu but a Xeon X5650
Well if you’re going to play grammar police when you knew what I meant then I am out. I was genuinely trying to help, but it’s clear you don’t want it. I was fixing to go so far as to flash a thumb drive on my system using windows and the various applications you said you used to see if they worked for me.
People use that term for usb’s all the time, the fact that you felt the need to criticize it instead of accepting my help shows you don’t really want the help. Yes it derived from cd/dvds, but again everyone knew what I was saying. Again, feeling the need to worry more about that than me offering help made my night easier because I no longer feel compelled to go through the steps I was willing to go through to help. So have a good day.
OK, here are my suggestions moving forward now that we have an inxi output. It's time to try some different things to see if progress can be made. Download and test the Garuda Gnome, KDE barebones, and Garuda XFCE editions. Test each ISO, (use Etcher, or dd if you know its usage) to hopefully find some improvement. This is strictly for troubleshooting purposes, I am not expecting you to switch DE's permanently.
If you are using a display port connection and it is possible to use an HDMI cable give that a try.
You may need to add/change your Grub kernel boot parameters. This will take some research as there are many different possibilities you can test.
It stops one line after the Terminate Plymouth boot screen on a GNOME display manager line where it dies there.
Every 7 sec., an horizontal black band ±1.5in thick crosses over the screen from top to bottom.
For the XFCE distro :
It passes over the two lines Accounts servicesHERE and go black screen and dies there. See video HERE; maybe some troubleshooting info can be found after the CTRL-ALT-DEL procedure.
For the KDE barebone distro :
Same as Dragonize
HDMI or Display Port gives the same results.
What file ? What to tweak ? (I know how to open an iso and modify files as long as I know which one)
