Garud installation failure

So let’s start from start, I had my garuda linux working well and fine, then i received a system update message, I did it while doing so idk how my system went to sleep mode, I opened it and it showed the update failed , tried running other application but nothing was working, I restarted my laptop, It show kernel was missing, I had no other option but to reinstall the O.S.

I tried reinstalling the linux(flashed my usb drive with rufus) and every time i did it it showed failure
similar to this

Then today, I flashed my usb drive with etcher, it was good until another failure showed up ,check the image

What to do now
I am posting inxi-Fxxxza

No snapshot???

Use ventoy.

a=xxx and you can post garuda-inxi from live ISO.

  • Format terminal output (including your garuda-inxi) as a code block by clicking the preformatted text button (</>) , or put three tildes (~) above and below the text

Search about Read-only file system.

What is that?

I didn’t get you…use a bit simple language

So I tried to install with Ventoy and again stuck here

  • Post the FULL output of garuda-inxi in the body of the post (not linked externally, or collapsed with the “hide details” feature)
  • Format terminal output (including your garuda-inxi) as a code block by clicking the preformatted text button (</>) , or put three tildes (~) above and below the text

When posting the inxi make sure it is well formatted as SGS suggested above.
If you look at other posts, you’ll get an idea on how it should be.

Posting images is fine, but make sure to write the error as text as well. It helps the search engine finding your post if someone needs it. And make sure the image is not blurred.

Regarding your error, as stated in the solution here, there are many reasons it may not work.

You can try one or more of the following solutions:

  1. Format the partition you intend to install Garuda on, and make sure there are at least 30/40GB free on it
  2. Download again the Garuda ISO file, and try flashing it with different softwares
  3. Change the installation medium

If the error persists, let us know when it does happen:

  • Immediately after you click Install?
  • After a while it is installing?
  • During the configuration (when you choos language, time, layout…)?
