So does pic 2 have the right file, it seems right to me. Just want to be sure.

I got that file, now I get

At the minimum you must always provide the output of the garuda-inxi command to receive technical assistance on our forum.

Logs containing any error messages would also be most helpful.

Without this kind of information it’s very difficult to even guess at what might be the cause.

I have already given you several notifications that you must always provide the output of the garuda-inxi command to receive technical assistance on our forum. In addition, you have also been asked many times by our forum assistants and other moderators to provide the required system specs with each help request. If you continue to ignore moderators instructions and our forum’s rules, I will have no option but to either silence you, impose a suspension, or take more permanent corrective measures. We offer free support on the Garuda forum to our users, but it is conditional upon their adhering to our forum’s rules.

One sentence help requests do not meet the criteria required to receive assistance on the Garuda forum. At the minimum a garuda-inxi output is required to receive assistance.
