Freshly Intalled Garuda Sound Not coming

I recently installed garuda on my System everything looks cool but I can't hear voice, I am new linux user.
I tried installing different sound drivers like pulseaudio etc but no help.

Just post the full garuda-inxi. You can edit your post.
Do not change the drivers.
Did you check volume settings?

systemctl status --user pipewire
systemctl status --user pipewire-pulse
systemctl status --user wireplumber
