Belief is not knowledge. I can’t even quickly find a manual for this noname cheap mobo…
It is only a symptom and not the cause. You have the same issue with different Linux distributions, either it’s the BIOS or the hardware. Windows obviously works, but something is preventing a Linux live.iso from booting. Do you have expansion cards in the computer, for example a sound card? Have you tried a different usb-stick for the live.iso? Have you tried a memtest
from the grub menu?
It would be helpful if you could upload a picture to an external pic-hoster and post the link here (not just of the single error message, we need to see what happens before).
