FireDragon not launching after update (again)

This is a repeat of this problem posted a year ago.

Trying to launch FireDragon in the console gives

XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/firedragon/libxul.so:
libicui18n.so.71: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.

This does not solve it

sudo pacman -Syu firedragon

Looks like this is the case again, thus I'm bringing it to your attention
