I’ve got a new favourite browser
When dr460nf1r3 suggested floorp I got curious and decided to give it a try and I haven’t looked back.
FireDragon is great, but I found one problem which really annoyed me - enhanced tracking protection is too agressive. When I looked at a page which had an embedded twitter post I found that the only way to display the post was to go into settings and exempt the site from enhanced tracking protection. I ended up with numerous sites where I had to disable the feature, thus it made it pretty useless.
Floorp offers the standard mode for enhanced tracking protection…
…and this doesn’t break Twitter embeds. I use uBlock Origin along with uMatrix for browser security so I have no problems with the reduced tracking protection of the browser.
The browser itself is very flexible and offers many different interface options. Here are some screenshots…

The tab bar can be displayed under the toolbar…
…you can have a multi-tow tab bar…
… and you can even put the tab bar at the bottom of the browser:

The browser supports JPEG XL images JPEG XL Test Page
Tabs can be set to go to sleep after xx min to reduce RAM usage.
Overall, Floorp has a few minor quirks (I couldn’t get the vertical tab bar to work), but I’m sure this will be fixed in a future version.
It’s an excellent browser.
