I can not install any app from Add/Remove store or even not to update my system as well.

Terminal returns me following output.

Use search function, please.

Careful, you’re booting off a snapshot.
I think you have to first restore using the snapper GUI (or timeshift, depending on what you have), reboot and then update your system.
