Everytime gnome X11 goes to sleep it crashes the gui

Hi, Since the last update I’ve been experiencing an “Xorg dump crash” and the session resets almost every time the computer goes to sleep. I’ve looked in the journal and what seems to be consistent in each such fail is the following Xorg dump: Process 440513 (Xorg) of user 0 dumped core. Also I found this Crash at wake up - Desktop - GNOME Discourse but there’s nothing of value besides the errors log in there, and I did not find a recent issue at the Gnome GitLab suggested there.
