When I try to install the garuda-dr460nized-linux-zen-240824.iso I get the following error:
I tried to install it on different disks and I get the same error.
On the other hand it is the first bootable test iso since April 24.
I hope you will enable the test isos again to allow us to test the new features and report our comments.
Thanks in advance and keep up the great work you are doing.

Hi !
I installed the 08.24 build without any problem, in UEFI.
Works very well.
.
.
and this is not first working ISO , because the 08.23 build is same, 100% perfect bootable and installable.

That is interesting to hear. Did you install in a VM or on the metal?

Baremetal, with Nvidia proprietary drivers.
and found zero error, entire system works like a charm.
.
i vanted one fresh .iso , and this is perfectly.
Hmm, the plot thickens…
@Dr.Fanatik-US can you post to the thread your garuda-inxi
output? I’m not sure, maybe it will hold a clue for us.

Hmm …
I finished installation without any error, writed the 08.24 .iso to USB with Rufus in Windows in DD mode, MBR partition table, (if count?) …
installed System in UEFI, created one /boot/efi partition 307 Mb + one /boot partition 2 Gb flag as boot. (this is essential .))
++ one for system + separate home partition …
.
installed even in Virtualbox, UEFI, succesfuly.
.
Maybe my issue is due the fact that I used Ventoy.
I’ll try to flash the iso using balena
1 Like
Confirmed, the problem was solved by flashing the ISO on the pendrive with Balena instead of using Ventoy.
