Error : load kernal first

When I tried to boot my pc - it is showing error : you need to load kernal first help me , and secure boot is not opening

Secure boot is disable but it is still showing

After using snapshot , I have booted , but when k reboot it it say it again what should I do , help!!!?

Have you also restored that snapshot from timeshift?

Take again that snapshot from the GRUB instead of booting normally, then once in open timeshift from the dock, select the same snapshot then press restore .
When everything is done you can reboot
