I have been recently having this issue of videos on websites such as Netflix and YouTube not playing. they do play after the first login, but stops working, and at the same time sound devices also disappears and no sound output is given on the device too.

I have tried re installing pulse audio as well.
I am currently dual booting garuda dragonized gaming edition along with windows 10.
i have also tried re installing browsers, resetting add-ons and extensions. so far no luck.

Any help is appreciated thank you..

Thank you for the prompt reply,

Yes I did take a look at the posts, I will try to do more on the pipe wire and pulse audio conflict ,

When i removed pipe wire it seemed to have broken desktop, now I'm unable to login as well, now going to restore from a snapshot and try again.

Try removing the config files (that is where the issue lies, probably) and then reinstall pipewire. Read my comment/steps in the last comment on this thread;

apparently I am unable to restore any snapshots.. its just goes to a generic login screen and I'm unable to even login after typing in my password.

Well this is a separate issue, and one that quite frankly gives me concern. This is the second report of Snapper I have read on the forum not working as it should.

I would open a separate help thread on this. @dalto may be able to lend some wise words on the subject.
