Droidcam USB connections not working for both android and ios

I tried all USB ports but the USB camera connection in droidcam does not work.
In android, error: No devices detected, reconnect device and try running ‘ADB devices’ in terminal.

In iOS, error: Error loading devices, Make sure usbmuxd service is installed and running.

This issue is very important for me, please help.

We can’t fix or support your Hardware or third party software.

Make sure usbmuxd service is installed and running.

You can try manually installing and enabling it.
