Dr460nized theme change

Why is it so problematic to change the entire theme of the DR460Nized edition;
is it not possible to provide a few additional global themes for Garuda Linux & if you don’t like the colorful surface, just switch to one of the others?

Because it’s not just a theme, but much more. The same applies to Mokka, and this has already been explained here:

Same old story in my opinion
If you really want to play a lot with themes (not just change a few colors or fonts here and there, but make deep, comprehensive changes, as I understand) without “restrictions” (possible constraints from the edition settings) you’d better start from KDE Lite.

You can “un-Dr460nize” KDE by uninstalling the garuda-dr460nized package and removing the settings which it provides. It’s more complicated than just changing the theme, but if you are feeling up to it you can follow along with the guidance here:

• No man power to maintain all that.
• No matter which themes we would select, it will still not be “the” themes that some people would want and they will anyway end up changing everything. Therefore it makes the efforts much less valuable.

Normally you don’t “compromise” a system with theming.
The Dr460nized and other editions come with a very consistent set of theme selections.
In my opinion you can only loose this consistency…

Please don’t say that it was only about the few settings the whole time…
You can change anything there, it won’t affect your system.

One solution would be to have KDE as themewise barebones (standard) with one click - and everybody could theme what he wants;

So i have directly Dr460nized-Gaming with barebones settings (Panel, Color …) and rice from this up;

i get 57 this august and for me this was better, but at the end i must acclimate with the dr460nized theming

I ve installed myself not recommended if you dont know what youre doing and also its unstable =) Not Stable at all some funny graphics glitches
