Is the Garuda forum newbie friendly?

Or, is the Garuda forum unfriendly towards newcomers? Up until the end of this summer Garuda was a relatively unknown distro, and there was not a lot of support issues to deal with on a daily basis. This allowed the Garuda Devs and forum moderators to respond to, and provide in depth extended support on almost every help request. Fast forward to today.
