I also updated the system and still have the same issue

It looks like you took a kernel update but didn't reboot afterward. Try again after a reboot, and paste the input/output of your effort into the thread if you have any issues.

Its now stuck at loading initia ramdisk for 20 min

Check and see if ibt=off was added to your kernel parameters by the update you took. If not, try adding it in.

You should be able to do it right from the Grub menu; press E on the boot selection screen. Find the "Linux" line and add in ibt=off along with the other kernel parameters there..

It does has that parameter

Try editing the kernel parameters to remove "quiet" and "splash", so you can see the output from the boot process to see where it is getting stuck.

Running early hook [plymouth]

You removed all the quiets and splashes? There might be multiple, like quiet splash splash. Try booting without any of them.

Yes i removed all of them

Hmm, I can't think of an abundance of troubleshooting to go through since the installation is brand new and you don't even have the Nvidia drivers up yet. I think the best place to start will be to try another kernel.

Try to boot the Btrfs snapshot from before you ran the full update, then restore the snapshot. Once the restoration is up, bring it up to date again:

garuda-update

Then install the LTS kernel and headers:

sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers

Reboot again, and select the LTS kernel in the advanced options of the Grub menu.

I do have linux lts but not headers but can you tell how to boot from snapshot

If you have the LTS kernel installed already, try booting to that first (in the advanced boot options of the Grub menu).

Booting to a snapshot is done in the Grub menu as well, just below the boot options in the menu.

Tried booting same issue

Also this system is fairly new i dont have any important data on it

Try adding

module_blacklist=nvidia,nvidia-drm

to kernel parameters. This will block Nvidia drivers so you can (hopefully) reach desktop.
Then install LTS kernel & headers and rebuild modules.

sudo pacman -S --needed linux-lts linux-lts-headers nvidia-390xx-dkms
sudo dkms autoinstall
sudo update-grub

Reboot, on boot menu pick "linux-lts" instead of "linux-zen"

Edit

Forget it i am gonna reinstalling the os again if theres any issue i will update you about it

Update I reinstalled the os updated it and then also restarted the system now it booted fine but i cant update the nvidia driver same issue

Hey, that’s good progress!

What is your method for installing the drivers?

Have you tried mrvictory’s suggestion?

sudo pacman -S --needed linux-lts linux-lts-headers nvidia-390xx-dkms
sudo dkms autoinstall
sudo update-grub

Then try booting to the LTS kernel.

i was trying to update the driver through mhwd then i tried pacman but same issue saying
'target not found: nvidia-390xx-dkms

I heard about peru did this command paru -S nvidia-390xx-dkms after that booted to zen kernal i think its installed
