Either...

  1. You need to install the ntfs-3g driver, or
  2. You have a corrupted NTFS drive/partition, which can only be repaired using Windows.

NTFS is not native to Linux and using it may be perilous for your data.

i have try usb drive including garuda linux installation for test and i found that i can mount and use data disk ntfs . I think dolphin have few issue

Do you now have the ntfs-3g driver installed in your current system?

i have already install

Then the problem lies within your installed system. Have you tried rebooting? And if it still persists you might try rolling back to a previous snapshot that worked.

I notice you do not have Windows installed. If it were my data I would seriously think about converting it to a Linux filesystem.

Had the same thing happen to me, did an upgrade and dolphin can't mount the NTFS drive anymore. After going through the packages that I had to update, I found out that it's the util-linux-2.39-1 package that is the culprit.

i think it because of dork change from old to new and it cause malfunction

You installed 2 days ago. The "dork" change has no bearing whatsoever, as long as you installed from a recent ISO.

Could be this bug:

This has been fixed as of version 2.39.3 of util-linux and associated util-linux-lib. At least fixed for me now.
