BLUR effect got messed up and turned in different solid colours!

I actually raised this issue with another issue as this one as a minor subtopic here, but now i am actually in need of solution for this again

Once the entire system went wrong to an extent that, each n everywhere i should see blur effect, it was converted to other colours (for example latte-dock panel became orange, terminal became black, similarly others…) and it never returned back to its original state wtever i tried, hence i had to reinstall system bcoz i was busy on a work and didnt had time to debug nor raise it here.

so basically what happened ‘this time’ was, i used the widget that i usually use for shutdown n others, so now i used it for logout, but it took a very long time but it didnt logout, so (last time i did forceshutdown) but this time i safely to executed reboot from terminal (while all apps were closed, i opened terminal through keyshortcut)
So, as i logged in back after reboot all my blur effects were replaced with different colours, like latte-dock which was transparent it turned to brownish-orange, terminal changed to blueish-black, and all other blur/transparent colours to other solid colours
in below image, top line is latte-dock which should be transparent and terminal which should be blur

2. This issue also appears when i open any game and then returns back when i terminate that game.

2 - Apply new config/Restore default
3 - Restart

btw restart and all those doesnt effect on this turn back
but "apply new config/restore defaults" i tried but whever i clicked it today i never get any extra response, well for now it didn't fix

Apply new config / restore didn't show any response....just click on it wait 1 min and restart...

wel i was updating my system again while i did "apply new config/restore",
and then i rebooted
and now it's fixed (any of the above process might have fixed), thanks

between, nice splash screen which i just got in this update just now

by the way, one more thing, whenever i open any games, every blur effect will again turn back to mess as shown in the above image
and will return back as soon as i terminate the game

I think the game opens in windowed mode....try to change to full screen
and if nothing change then forum admins will sort it out soon

some games doesn't open in full screen, so it remains visible
or else even though it 'will' , because if i open terminal while if any game is running, then it will be in solid colour (which should be blur usually)

i.e., The same issue... Blur effects changed into solid colour

But yeah i have the solution, that is..
actually.. only this wont work, but should also run update which i specified here

Although even if i have the solution, it's not that usual to get this error everytime n keep solving it everytime
I would appreciate if i get final solution to prevent this forever

actually no, what i just got as a confirmation is
IT IS HAPPENING EVERYTIME AS I REBOOT

And One More New Issue i am facing since last 2 boots are...
If somethings open then it will stay same on screen even if i close it, i mean it will close but it will stay on screen as a its image, and if i drag this browser window then it will become like dragiing an eraser that is will leave its mark(image) where ever i drag

This is designed to improve performance in games by disabling the compositor. When the compositor is disabled you will not get the blur or transparency effects.

Depending which desktop you're on, you can re-enable the compositor via a key combination or through your DE's system settings.

Well I have reinstalled many times for many other issues including this same issue too. But after reinstall it will appear again after sometime.
And then again same story repeats.

and looking at my pc now (since the time i started garudalinux (except some starting days), almost every 'installs/reinstalls' and its been 10days i raised this particular topic, and more than 2weeks i am facing this in my 'this' particular reinstall) (i tagged admins now because not to be rude but i also pinnged many times highlighting it in telegram, and i got remembered of other admin saying to ping here itself [quote="Naman, post:10, topic:1867"]

and these issue made me feel like may be i should just keep reinstalling everytime as soon as some issue pops up because its been weeks and i barely can adjust to this messed up blur effects, i just can't even look at it

BUT this never should be the solution, even many others get the same solution and i myself know 2 other guys, but one guy reinstalled sometimes and then later just shifted out to different de, and the other guy edited the os code itself and installed it and till the day he never got this issue again.
But now if i get the solution officially, it's not just for me but even someone else (may be 1 or 2 or more) might also get helped out if they see this.
