Please post:
sudo dmesg | grep -Ei 'blue|firm'
sudo bluetoothctl
systemctl status bluetooth
sudo modprobe -r btusb && sleep 10 && sudo modprobe btusb
I would also suggest testing out the linux-mainline kernel.
