Bluetooth headphone mic error

I just connected my bluetooth headphones a few days go to my laptop. I'm dual booting with WIndows, by the way. While using HSP/HFP, I can use my mic properly, but the audio quality is low. When I switch to A2DP, the quality is fixed, but I can't use my mic at all. The option for using the headphone's mic disappears. How do I fix this?

A2DP is only for audio output.

How does the HSP/HFP qualify compare with Windows?

Well, I haven't checked if it works with Windows. The thing is, Windows doesn't really work on my laptop, at all, but it's the family computer so I can't remove Windows. Sorry.
