Bildschirmsperre in Garuda Linux Ausschalten?!

Ich habe mir gestern das Neue Garuda-Linux/Game mit KDE installiert!
Da ich bisher nur Erfahrung mit Windows habe, habe ich folgende Fragen:

1. Wie kann ich die Bildschirmsperre, also das Abdunkeln des Bildschirmes, total abstellen?!
2. Wie installiere ich Neue Programme mit tar.gz file in Garuda?!

Yesterday I installed the new Garuda Linux / Game with KDE!
Since I only have experience with Windows so far, I have the following questions:

1. How can I completely turn off the screen lock, i.e. the darkening of the screen ?!
2. How do I install new programs with tar.gz file in Garuda ?!
