Audio from other programs don't come but kde sound effects do

Hello Garuda users.

Whenever I log in, I don't get any audio from my applications. I searched around and found this forum post.
with the following snippet:

systemctl --user restart pipewire pipewire-pulse
systemctl --user daemon-reload

This snippet gets me back my audio but I don't want to do that every time, How do I fix it completely?
