As I said before, for some reason there is no way for me to see those little letters in these screenshots on this foro … it seems to me that it says “fusion’”, well if that’s it, I don’t have that option in kvantum.
qt5-settings is the kvantummanager included in kvantum. The other are already installed.
Finaly i found a way to get in english the app; maybe the problem is that flat-remix do not work with kvantum, I try to do it but …:
Try some other kvantum theme ? From my conclusion, as Garuda has a mix of GTK and Qt apps in Xfce and Cinnamon, you will always have inconsistencies with theming , sure ,they can be reduced to be a little less inconsistent but there WILL be consistencies.
Either you find two similar themes with look good to you, or you change your distro to something else .
Personally, the first option is the easiest and most viable.
Here, I found two very similar blue-dark themes for you:
XFCE:Relax-GTK - Eyecandy for your XFCE-Desktop - xfce-look.org
Kvantum:Adapta KDE - Eyecandy for your XFCE-Desktop - xfce-look.org
See if these work for you .
I was with the same problem and only solved installing qt5ct and qt6ct, after installing go to Settings and choose QT5 Settings and QT6 Settings and choose the themes in Style at top left
