i have tried your suggestion and still there is kernel panic but i would say it is comparitively less compared to before
alright i will try to install nvidia open dkms and i will see if it still persists
Funny news, the problem has partially disappeared.
Unfortunately, only on the computers with AMD CPU (once with Nvidia GPU)
The Intel Notbook still has the error.
it only happens with arch based distros and not on anything else. i will wait until the 556 driver drops and try again.
So, does that mean I can finally uninstall Nvidia-Open and reinstall Nvidia-DKMS and enjoy Wayland?

Found a “fix” for me

Change in workspace session to last or empty session. Under AMD CPU I have set with empty, and under Intel CPU it works with last logoff open.
Hope it works for you too.
do you mean under
settings - desktop sessions - and logout screen ?
if it is then its already on ( on last logout) option
Sorry, I have no English desktop
Use 3 or 4, or follow the above link, there it is explained in English.
no need to apologize bro
i have set it to last option and i’ll see if it occurs again

TL;DR-dont install intel packages after post install on intel+nvidia laptops.
i think i might have found the solution
i usually install the intel related packages after i started ( distro hopping ) on arch based distros.
and now iam running arch without any kernel panics because i only installed the nvidia drivers post install and nothing related to intel.
i dont know if this works for other users wifh intel + nvidia laptops but i suggest you guys to give it a try
I’m sorry. I don’t have any Nvidia cards in my systems, so I can’t comment or test. Good luck!
sinca the last 3 or 4 Updates the shutdown works fine at my Asus Rog Strix. Try to Update the System.
