Arch and Arch based distro (including Garuda linux) kernel panics WHEN RESTARTING OR SHUTDOWN

Found a “fix” for me https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=297684 Change in workspace session to last or empty session. Under AMD CPU I have set with empty, and under Intel CPU it works with last logoff open. Hope it works for you too.
