I have a T-Mobile app installed on my tablet that allows me to make and receive calls on an iPad (has WiFi only) by hooking into my Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone. I can't find any app that will create an interface between my phone and my Linux laptop. Any solutions?

Did you ask in telekom thread or apple thread?
Garuda Linux is where installed?
Try KDE Connect, it works well and has a lot of features. I don't think you can take a call on the computer, but you can at least get a notification or see who is calling. https://kdeconnect.kde.org
No idea if useful, a quick search turned up https://nohands.sourceforge.net/ (found here).
Apparently, only the server component is in AUR (and chaotic-aur).
Project MAXS may be useful too (for other phone features, not calls though).
