Try disabling audio power saving, such as is described here: Advanced Linux Sound Architecture/Troubleshooting - ArchWiki

hi Bluish , i tried to edit /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf but the file doesn't exist ,
cat /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf
cat: /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf: No such file or directory
My knowledge with linux is not that deep
what should i do now?

i updated the system in first of October but the laptop didn't start because there was something wrong , so i used an old snap and restored it , is it safe now to update ?

Commonly, this file does not exist by default and needs to be added by the user.

micro /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf

Add the recommended line to the file (it will be an empty file):

options snd_hda_intel power_save=0 power_save_controller=N

Ctrl+q to quit out of Micro, make sure you save the file. Then reboot and test it out.
