Add/Remove Software not open

Hey !
I have been trying to open Add/Remove Software but it is not opening . I have tried after reboot but it is not opening !!!.
I have read several artical but all of them say not fixed and some them are 6 months old , why this haven't fixed ??
What should I do ???

This need to be fixed
