It looks like many widgets spams on each other after each system startup. Tried to remove them from desk and reboot system 2 times. Sorry if my question was already answered in other topics but i didn't found that out.

Your level of description leaves a lot of gaps. What, for instance, is this spam you speak so much of?

Basically, this question is spam (and no can).

I can reproduce and past screenshot there

Is this the problem or similar?

I guess no. I dont use latte-dock.

That is so horribly broken I cannot tell what you did to it. You just installed it. What is it? dr460nized KDE Plasma? GNOME? A window manager?

dr460nized KDE Plasma

This could be linked to your problem (maybe there are some “orphan” widgets).
What did you exactly do for latte?

killed it from from running processes and disabled from startup

Ok i've tried 5 mins ago to change global theme, after that i got some errors and all things disappears from my screen. After that i reboot system and changed global theme back to sweetplasma, looks fixed. Gonna reboot and recheck if my problem got solved!

Okay, everything work properly. :flushed: Even faster than it was(somehow).

Thanks you guys anyway!
