2 monitors full screen mode problem

New to Garuda, normally Arch user. So far like the experience but running into some problems with multiple monitors.

I have 2 monitors, 1 - 2k and the other 1080p. The 2k monitor is the "Primary".
Open app on 2k monitor and click to make full screen works fine but...

Open calibre app on 1080p monitor and click to full screen then no longer see 3 dots (red, purple, yellow) and can not seem to get the app back to window mode. The primary monitor will show calibre at the top with the 3 dots but clicking will minimize app running in primary monitor not calibre.

Can close it but it will reopen in full screen mode on the 1080p monitor.

At best is there a way to make an app in full screen mode revert back window mode.

Note: Same thing with Konsole is not a problem. After closing it will reopen as a window.

Your problem seems to be a latte-dock layout incomplete configuration.
Right-click on the top bar and make adjustments, create/clone panel etc.

Interesting...Made "Plasma" layout and clicked on Borderless. This returned the adjust (red, purple, yellow) and other changes to desktop.
Returned to DR460ized layouts and behavior of window was corrected.
Thanks
