EDIT. I just reboot because I know you guys if the inxi tell me to reboot  and issues still here

Not your issue, but i mean your bios is out of date.

Think on the right settings, after. UEFI not CSM, AHCI not Raid, Sec-Fast-Boot off.
Resize-bar enabled, if exists.

Seems related to the upgrade of nvidia driver

Someone else (with xfce) have the same behavior

Something weird it appear a lot on steam / thunar / xfce4-terminal windows but when I played a game or use the browser the issues does not appear

The guys rollback to a previous version …

seems related to xfce too

Or wait for the upgrade …

EDIT: I’ll wait the update i think

I just did the upgrade to nvidia 590 and it (partially) solve my issue after reboot

Steam and terminal still have little glitch but it is much better

Sooo it’s me again

I find a fix

The fix is to set vsync mode to off in xfwm4

xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -p /general/vblank_mode -t string -s "off" --create
xfwm4 --replace

If you want to see what is actually ( I was in auto)

xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -p /general/vblank_mode
