Wine problem access denied

Hello i have issue with latest wine, what's wrong?
Steam log wrote this:

wine: Read access denied for device L"\\??\\Z:\\", FS volume label and serial are not available

What i should do?

It is blocked by Win?
Device name changed?
Did you search in web for

I tried search it, but i wasn't find anything useful.

I solved issue and i discovered some details. I tried follow configurations:
Manjaro + custom proton (GE or TKG) =
wine: Read access denied for device L"\\??\\Z:\\", FS volume label and serial are not available
Garuda + custom proton (GE or TKG) =
wine: Read access denied for device L"\\??\\Z:\\", FS volume label and serial are not available
It caused i can't play Star Trek Online, because launcher can't download updates.

But if i use official Proton 5.13-2, everything works without any issues. I think this isn't issue in the distribution like Manjaro or Garuda. There must be something wrong inside custom Protons. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I have the same problem but with vanilla wine on Void running a modded Skyrim Java executable. Maybe it's something similar.
