Windows Titlebar Shade option greyed

New user to the Linux world!!

When I was trying Garuda thru USB I could shade the windows, as soon as I have the install on my Hard drive, the options has gone disabled. the system is updated. I have gone thru the installation twice. Please help, I love the titlebar shade feature.I wanted to upload the picture of the issue, as I am a new user the system does not allow me to do so.

there is a bug report about it here seems to be a wayland bug if you want to use it for now use x11.

it did work back pre 6.2 so im not to sure what changed as yeah its grayed out now
