Windows decoration (hold on second)

Hello community,

I have recently gotten back to Garuda KDE Dragonized and last time I was on it Latte was being used.

Before you jump on me #lol I have to mention that I searched for this issue and I was not able to find a answer for it on this forum. Most posts from what I’ve seen are from Latte era.

I Like Garuda KDE theme and I just was to bring the windows decoration from top panel onto the windows or applications themselves. I deleted the plasmoid, tried its settings options but was unable to get it like I want.

I have no issue with the global menu just the windows decorations I want them to be on the application itsels no matter what I do. I also have multiple monitors and it helps a lot.
