Windows Corners looks Strange

We can't fix "bugs" from KDE, so make a issue on KDE git.

this is now fixed for upcoming plasma 5.25 . Blur is now disabled for ALL decorations and if a decoration theme wants blur behind its decorations should use "mask" element for aurorae themes and "blurRegion()" api if it is c++ based that was introduced to KDecoration2
