Window glitches after last gnome upgrade

Hi, after last gnome upgrade I noticed on my two garuda laptops that glitch above window titlebar.
One laptop is radeon and second is nvidia optimus. Both have the same issue.

It appears to be an Xwayland bug that has something to do with themes. This thread is from another distro, but you may find the conversation informative and a couple solutions are suggested:
