Where does this folder come from? It is not available in the default installation.

hello, i am having a similar problem like @harshjeet ,
I also have that BorderlessMaximizedWindows=false enabled in my $HOME/.config/kwinrc
and i am still having the issue
as you can see in the screenshot that i have 2 window buttons, one with the window border and another one in the top panel as a widgets

please suggest possible solutions
