There is person in Alabama working on this: GitHub - proatgram/applet-window-appmenu6: Plasma 6 applet in order to show the window appmenu based on the original.
From what I can see, he’s almost done, but might need a hand since he’s new at this. Maybe some of the fantastic Garuda team might be of assistance.
