Window AppMenu No Longer Showing Up

Hello my friends!

I did a fresh reinstall of Garuda dr460nized today (I do them every now and then just because; most of my stuff is in the cloud), and after updating, the Window Appmenu is no longer showing the menu for programs that it should definitely be there for (i.e. Dolphin). I tried the Global Menu as well, with the same result. Is anyone else having the same issue, or did I accidentally break something by updating the system? I did reboot as well. Screenshots below.
