I recently noted that wifi hotspot app is not working. I want to share Garuda’s network with mobile devices or others via hotspot. Can I do this in some other ways? Please help me to make the app work or please give some other ways if are there!

A big reason to worry.
Also, how do you recieve internet on your laptop? Wifi / Ethernet / other method?

By wifi method
Naman:
A big reason to worry.
No other option. I have to do my college work with some softwares not available for linux and also not working with winehq.
That’s why I recommend people using linux (of course Garuda only because I found it best among most popular distros I tried). This Windows monopoly needs to be stopped. Linux is all way better than Windows but software and hardware providers aren’t taking it seriously, especially the NVIDIA

I don't think you can share wifi connection using hotspot.
You either have to switch to Ethernet as incoming connection to your laptop or you have to use another device that can be used to share network. Refer the following for 2nd choice

I only have wifi and not ethernet. Can I install or setup something so hotspot works like that in Windows?

Yes, maybe he would know some way. How can I invite tbg to this post or message him? I am unable to message him. Can you please invite him to the post?

He already did.
I just never use a hotspot, so I felt I didn't have much to contribute on this subject.
Are you sure your wifi adapter even supports AP mode ?

According to me if AP is not supported in your pc then you will not be able to use PC for hotspot with Wi-Fi at the same time
And many PC don't support AP so you need to check it....

Is it so also in case of Windows? Because in Windows both hostspot and wifi are working at same time.
