Why I didn't enable shortcuts on my Garuda

Salve vorrei fare chiarezza.

Hi, I would like to clarify. I just installed Garuda kde and I noticed that with any software the keyboard shortcuts don’t work for me, neither on Firefox, nor on Dolphin, nor on Shell Fish. I went into the settings, searched for keyboard and found shortcuts and some shortcuts. by default there is konsole dolphin krunner etc… but I would like to know why they don’t work, it’s not that I have to remap all the shortcuts one by one. I would like if it is possible with a shell command to map the shortcuts at least the default ones for shell dolphin firefox etc …I’m waiting

So as I understand it, for example, “Meta+E”, “Ctrl+Alt+T” or “Alt+Space” don’t work for you?
Is the correct layout and keyboard model set under “System Settings” → “Keyboard”?
Do the shortcuts work in a live environment? Do you also have the issue with an external keyboard? Have you checked the “Fn and Ctrl Key swap” setting in the BIOS?
