Why do I have so many audio profiles?

Recently, I installed droidcam and suddenly, I have 12 audio profiles instead of the 5 U had before it. For reference,

I now have these many, but earlier, I had only the first 4 and the last one. Why is that and is there a way to remove these and get back to what it was earlier?

pavucontrol or pactl

pactl list sinks

Sample

pactl set-card-profile alsa_card.pci-0000_03_00.1 off

With that, I finally solved the audio flickering issue (I created a topic for it a long time ago but didn’t get any solution so I lived with it). However, I do not know how to disable specific profiles

First list the sinks

Then set card profile to off for profiles you do not want in the sound list

But maybe we talk about different things

Later today I will changed to KDE. Before you can whoogle about:
Remove profiles from … sound menu.

I only have 2 sinks. One was the loopback which was causing some old problem. Other one is the active audio output device but it doesn’t list all the profiles within that device and just shows only the active profile within that. If I have chosen my headphones to be output, it shows the corresponding name and if I choose the monitor speakers as output, the sink name changes accordingly to HDMI output, etc.
