When updating databases, Community db keeps restarting download and starting from the beginning

I can guess this is happening because my internet is not exactly the most stable one out there so I would like to increase its tolerance so it can keep downloading but I don't know how to do it.

Have you tried updating your mirrors?
Most of the time it will solve it

Check if

garuda-update --skip-mirrorlist

is helpful.
