When I close programs they close but stay on screen

I am using Garuda QTile and I have been having an issue for whenever I close a program that I opened, the program just stays on the screen but the actual process is stopped. If I launch multiple programs and close then it does the same thing. If I open a new program and close it it will go on top of all the other ones that are closed.

*Killing picom does not help

Running nitrogen and setting wallpaper fixed it??
