Do you know that there are also links to other 31 languages on the ArchWiki Main page? What are the ideas/plans here for Garuda Linux? There exist also not only wiki.archlinux.org but also wiki.archlinux.de for the german users. Will it be okay to assist Garuda in other languages this way?
Arch has much more contributors, therefore there are of course more translations available 
that being said, help with translating the wiki is always welcome!

Sorry, if you think this is spamming. The first was more in general and the second especial for the wiki with more interest in external support.
