What Kernel is everyone using? Im Trying out Mainline and it is a very good

I have been trying out mainline I tried it on other DE and it looks like its stable

so I have another Question So Im Using MATE and it looks Like we match
but there are a few things that come with mate I don't like how can I change or remove them while doing a fresh install ?

You can’t. Not during an install. You may be able to afterwards but that is highly subjective, especially since you have not said what you want to remove.

You have to look at each package’s depends and what the impact will be. Some will be critical to the MATE desktop. Some applications added by the developer will not.
