Well i cannot hear voice from speaker or my blue-tooth headphones

needed some help here regarding to my speaker voice plus any wireless headphones voice

so i tried command "systemctl --user restart pipewire.service" its temporary every time i boot sound is gone not from speaker but also from sound devices like my wireless speaker , headphones, wired stuff.
