Weird "save as" issue to download files with Firedragon / Firefox and now Thunderbird

Hello everyone

Since a few days I encountered a strange issue, when I’m browsing internet with Firedragon or Firefox, I can’t use the options “Save as”, “Save link as”, “Save image” so basically I can’t almost not download anything from them.
I can click on the options but it does nothing. And I have the same issue now with Thunderbird. It’s almost like Firefox / Thunderbird can no longer access properly the file manager of Garuda.

I’m sure it was working before but I don’t know when the issue started.
If I’m using Chromium, everything is fine, I can download / save things as usual.

Did anyone encountered the same issue ? How did you solve it ?

This is my “garuda-inxi”

Please try installing xdg-desktop-portal-kde.

I installed it but it doesn’t seems to change anything sadly.
Could it be linked to this issue ?

Thing is, my "widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker" is already on option 2.

I have also rebooted my computer but no luck.

To follow up, I also tried to refresh Firedragon, uninstall / reinstall it, still no luck.
The only way I got back a file dialog is by putting
widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker to 0
It’s not the classic Dolphin file manager but at least I have something now.

I still don’t understand what happened, it’s very confusing.
